PodMerch is operated by Lawson Media Pty Ltd and sells apparel and related products for podcast enthusiasts, creators, binge-listeners, and people who understand the emotional importance of a good intro theme.

Products

PodMerch sells apparel and related merchandise.

Sizing information is provided as a guide only. You are responsible for checking the size guide before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Products

PodMerch products are made to order. This means your item may be printed or produced after your order is placed.

Because of this, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has entered production.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

Orders

When you place an order with PodMerch, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee that we have accepted or fulfilled the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where we reasonably believe there has been an error, suspected fraud, misuse of a promotion, availability issue, or breach of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange a refund for the cancelled portion of the order.

We do our best to keep product listings accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every product, colour, or size will always be available.
