At PodMerch, we ship podcast-inspired apparel to listeners, hosts, producers, and professional episode-bingers around the world.
This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how shipping costs work, and what to expect once your order is placed.
Where We Ship
PodMerch ships to a range of locations worldwide.
Our primary shipping destinations are:
- Australia
- Canada
- New Zealand
- United States
- United Kingdom
Other international destinations may also be available at checkout depending on current fulfilment and carrier options.
If your location is available at checkout, we can ship to you. If it is not available, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to that destination at this time.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $200 AUD to the following destinations only:
- Australia
- Canada
- New Zealand
- United States
- United Kingdom
To qualify for free shipping, your order subtotal must be over $200 AUD after any discounts have been applied.
Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside the destinations listed above.
Shipping Costs
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the items in your order, and the available shipping method.
For international destinations outside Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom, shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing and Production Time
Most PodMerch products are made to order. This means your apparel is created after you place your order, rather than sitting on a dusty warehouse shelf waiting for its big break.
Please allow time for your order to be printed, packed, and prepared before it ships.
Production and dispatch times can vary depending on the product, fulfilment location, order volume, public holidays, and supplier availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout where available.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method, carrier delays, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in more than one package.
This can happen when items are produced at different fulfilment locations, shipped from different suppliers, or require separate packaging.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will not be charged additional shipping beyond the amount shown at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside Australia, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
PodMerch is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
