Refund policy

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can help make it right.

Because our products are made to order and enter production once purchased, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, ordering the wrong item, or finding a product cheaper elsewhere, unless required by law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, incorrectly labelled, materially different from its description, or otherwise has an issue, contact us at returns@podmerch.co with your order number and photos of the item and packaging where relevant.

If your item has a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the remedy required by law. Depending on the issue, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.

For major problems, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For minor problems, we may provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Returns

To start a return, contact us at returns@podmerch.co.

Where a return is required for an item with a problem covered by consumer guarantees, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Where the issue is our responsibility, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the process.

Refunds

If a refund is provided, it will be processed to your original payment method where possible. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.

Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at returns@podmerch.co.
