How long does it take to process my order?

Once we've received an order, we'll process it within a few business days. 

Shipping

Within Australia shipping will be handled via Australia Post. For international orders we ship via Australia Post or DHL depending on the product that's been ordered.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments and PayPal.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?
